1. Defective Goods
    We regret to learn that you’ve encountered an issue with your MBeautiful purchase. Should you believe the product you acquired is defective, kindly reach out to our team at support@mbeautiful.com.au. Attach photographs of the faulty items along with your purchase receipt. Our quality team will examine the provided details and aim to respond within three business days. Additionally, you can get in touch with the third-party supplier via an email.
  2. Issues with your purchased goods
    a) If you encounter any issues with your purchased items, please reach out to us via support@mbeautiful.com.au. We will investigate your concerns and inform you if it’s possible to return your product. If necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to initiate the return process.
    b) For items bought from third-party Sellers, you have the option to directly contact the Seller through our Support Centre link. Alternatively, we can assist you in reaching out to the third-party Seller if you contact us via support@mbeautiful.com.au.
    c) If your items are covered by the third-party seller’s warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first regarding any defects. However, you are welcome to contact us as well.
    d) Once we or the third-party seller has received the returned item, the item will be inspected for claimed defects and further assessment. We will keep you informed on the status.
    e) If, upon inspection, we find that a remedy is not applicable (e.g., due to misuse, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, abnormal usage, or lack of reasonable care), we will reject your claim. In such cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.
    f) Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If you have an account with us, any store credits will be added to the account you used for the purchase.
    g) We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receiving the original product. However, depending on the availability of your item and the volume of returns, this process may take longer.
  3. Change of Mind Returns
    a) MBeautiful and its Sellers permit returns for store credit or product exchange if you have reconsidered your purchase, under the condition that the item meets the following criteria:
    i. The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
    ii. It shows no signs of damage.
    iii. The item is in a pristine, unused, unopened condition, retaining all original packaging and tags, including unbroken package seals (if applicable).
    iv. It is in a condition suitable for resale by us.
    b) In order to initiate a return for a change of mind, you must adhere to either our designated returns procedure or the applicable Seller’s returns process.
    c) You are responsible for both the cost and the risks of returning the items, which includes paying for the return shipping. If we or the seller do not receive the item, you won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    d) You might be offered a product exchange, refund, or store credit (subject to our discretion or the Seller’s discretion) only after we receive the returned product, and it meets our returns policy section 3.1.
    e) If the returned item fails to meet the criteria outlined in this policy, you will bear the expense of having your returned goods shipped back to your designated address.
    f) Under this policy, the following items are not included:
    i. MBeautiful Gift cards; and
    ii. Any products for which GST has been claimed through the Tourist Refund Scheme, unless proof of GST repayment upon return is provided.
